Fun Coins Usage Instructions

  1. Fun Coins have a lifespan of 6 months, which can be extended by 6 months each time there is a change in the Fun Coin balance (for example: using or receiving Fun Coins). If there is no change in the Fun Coin balance within 6 months, they will expire and reset to zero.
  2. If you forget to use Fun Coins for a discount when making a purchase, you can still keep them for a discount on your next purchase.
  3. If an order is cancelled, Fun Coins will be fully refunded.
  4. Fun Coins can be used to deduct the total payable amount if the transaction amount exceeds TWD 100/ MYR 12.5. Depending on the membership level, a single transaction can deduct different amounts of Fun Coins: SEEKER 100 Fun Coins, Pro 200 Fun Coins, and ELITE 300 Fun Coins.
  5. When using Fun coins for discounts, the minimum payment amount at checkout is TWD 100 / MYR 12.5.
  6. You must agree to and abide by the rules for using Fun Coins. If our company finds that you have obtained Fun Coins through improper behavior or have resold Fun Coins to a third party for profit or speculation, we will not be responsible for any disputes over third-party goods or services, nor will we have any obligation to compensate or indemnify. Furthermore, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of all services, and if this causes damage to our company, we will not rule out legal action.
