General product refund process

You can cancel your order by going to "Bookings" at the top right of the Niceday website → select the order you want to cancel → click "Cancel Order" at the bottom.

(I) Refund Rules after the reservation is completed
・If you apply for cancellation during the full refund period, the order will be fully refunded to the original credit card account, and the Fun coins and discount codes used will be returned. However, expired discount codes cannot be reissued.
・If you apply for cancellation during the partial refund period, the order will be refunded according to the product's cancellation and change time policy to the original credit card account, and the Fun coins used will be returned. However, the discount code used for the order cannot be returned.
・The service provider has reserved the service for you. Reservations that exceed the time limit cannot be modified or refunded.

(II) Supplement for Special Circumstances
・If there are duplicate reservations or payment issues, please contact online customer service within 3 working days. Reservations that exceed the time limit cannot be modified or refunded.
・If you cannot use the reserved service due to the service provider, please contact online customer service immediately. Do not cancel the order yourself.
・When you submit a reservation request, it means that you agree to the refund and change policy of this platform and the service provider.
・Since the products and services sold on this platform are provided by the service provider in real time and the reservation is guaranteed, if you do not attend during the reservation period and do not notify customer service in advance, the service provider has the right to charge the full amount and does not accept refund requests.
・Credit card refunds will be returned to the original credit card. Your bank or credit card company will need about 14 working days to process; due to different credit card billing dates for each issuing bank, the refund may appear in the next month's bill. To confirm the refund status, please contact your bank or credit card company yourself.
