Each experience activity page contains instructions on how to cancel and change the order time for that activity. Please first check whether you are eligible for changes.
If you are eligible, please log in and go to "Bookings" at the top right of the website → "Contact Us" at the bottom to apply for changes.
1. Please note that the cancellation of the reservation still needs to be confirmed. Our customer service will reply to you within 3 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If it is confirmed that you are eligible for changes, your order will be officially changed and the quota will be released.
2. The following notifications are not accepted: changing directly made by the activity provider, and notifying changes after the departure date, Niceday will not accept.
