Price match rules

If the price of a product or service purchased on Niceday is higher than the same product or service on other channels, just tell us through online customer service within a week after the purchase to the departure date. If we confirm it is true, we will compensate you with a discount code worth twice the price difference for your next purchase.

1. The following are not included in the price difference refund:
  (1) The comparison must be based on the same product or service provided by the same provider.
  (2) The product or service from other channels is different from what you purchased on Niceday.
  (3) The sale time of the product or service from other channels is not within the sale period of the same product or service on Niceday.
  (4) Other channels are online auctions (Yahoo Auctions, Ruten Auctions, etc.) and group buying websites (Groupon, Gomaji, etc.).
  (5) Other channels are government subsidies, domestic and foreign travel exhibitions.
  (6) Other channels are corporate procurement, benefits given to employees/members by corporations or banks.
  (7) The product or service sold by other channels requires separate reservation (confirmation of time slot) for ticket/e-ticket types.

2. The following types of evidence are accepted by Niceday, but please note whether they fall within the scope of the price difference refund:
  (1) Publicly issued advertisements or purchase invoices from other channels.
  (2) Web page indication proof, please provide the exact URL and screenshot of the web page.
