Transaction / Card swipe failed?
If an anomaly occurs during the operation or the card swipe is unsuccessful, please first confirm whether the credit card information entered is correct (the order of entering the expiration date is month / year). If the transaction still fails, it is recommended that you use another credit card or call the issuing bank to confirm the reason.
